SHA is giving its visual identity a well-deserved refresh!

The Student Association of the University of Akureyri and Ergi, the Northern Queer Student Community, hosted two events in connection with the Queer Festival in North East Iceland, which took place in June. The events were Hinnblástur and Voices Against Hate: A Workshop on Counterspeech.

In the spring of 2026, the SHA Executive Board requested access to all final exams taken at the University of Akureyri in 2025. The time is now approaching when this data will be handed over and made accessible to students. We therefore feel it is important to clear up a misunderstanding that we have recently become aware of.
